Delivery and Engagement Manager
Our clients operate in complex, regulated environments - banks, insurance companies, financial institutions, and category leaders in retail, travel, and media. They don't buy software to experiment. They buy it to drive revenue, efficiency, and long-term competitive advantage.
THE MISSION
You will be the bridge between what our clients want to achieve and what Meiro can do. That means owning the delivery of enterprise implementations end-to-end - and then staying close to clients long after go-live to make sure they're actually getting value out of the platform.
You won't be doing this alone on the technical side. Every engagement is a tandem: you work with a dedicated analyst who owns the technical implementation details and integrations. That allows you to focus on what matters in this role most - understanding client goals, identifying opportunities, and making sure the engagement keeps moving forward. Reporting to the Head of Consulting, Vašek, you'll be joining an existing consulting team and taking on your own client portfolio from day one.
- Run the delivery: You own implementations end-to-end. You translate client business and marketing goals into functional requirements our technical team can build, manage timelines and contractual obligations, and catch issues before they escalate. But this role isn't just about processes. We deliver the greatest value by partnering with our clients to develop strategies together and then implement them.
- Create value: Stay close to your clients after go-live. Implementation is just the starting point. You spot where the platform isn't being used to its full potential, help clients see what they're sitting on, and work with them to unlock it - think about new features, marketing use cases, better data utilization, web personalization - all have the same goal - have a greater impact on clients' margins.
- Grow the relationship: Own the commercial side of your accounts. You track project economics, maintain accurate financial forecasts, flag upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and build relationships wide enough across the client organization that you're never dependent on a single contact.
YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF:
- Enterprise client experience: You've managed complex, long-term client relationships in enterprise environments. You know how to navigate formal stakeholder structures, communicate with senior executives, and operate with the kind of precision and professionalism those environments demand.
- Delivery track record: You've delivered in a client-facing role - from a SaaS company, a digital agency, or a consulting background. Project management, account ownership, or implementation delivery: you've done it, and you know how to make things happen in complex organizations.
- Data curiosity: You're genuinely curious about data and how it drives business outcomes. You don't need a CDP background, but you need to have a background in CRM, CVM, or personalization - but you need to be interested in the space and ready to learn the product inside out. Clients will expect you to speak to business impact, and you need the product fluency to back it up.
- You're digitally fluent and use AI in your daily work: You work with AI tools (we use Claude) for drafting and maintaining project documentation, researching client industries, and competitive landscapes. It's part of how you stay productive and move fast.
- Commercial mindset: You're comfortable owning numbers. Project margins, billable hours, forecast accuracy - you treat these seriously and proactively, not reactively.
- Czech + English language: Czech at native/fluent level, business English for international accounts. Both are non-negotiable.
