Shoptet

Shoptet is an e-commerce platform used by online shops in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Meiro connects to Shoptet Premium through the official Shoptet API. Webhooks bring in new orders, order status changes (shipped, ready for pickup, picked up, cancelled), payments and customer changes in real time. A sync every 15 minutes adds what webhooks do not carry: shop reviews, newsletter unsubscribes, consents and failed payments.

The product catalog (prices, stock, labels and images) feeds recommendations in emails and banners, so out-of-stock items are never recommended. Meiro also writes back to Shoptet: VIP customers into customer groups, personal discount coupons, newsletter unsubscribes and order notes for customer care.
