We're on the lookout for a new team member to take charge of IT support for our colleagues at Meiro. You won't just be updating software and upgrading hardware; you'll also document processes, conduct diagnostic tests, and manage incidents with thorough analysis. We always stay ahead with the latest trends in IT support. Your role promises diversity and continual growth.

πŸ™‹ How your role will look like?

  • Providing IT assistance to colleagues: system accesses, allocation of rights, newcomer access, closing accounts, managing groups and e-mails, training end-users on hardware functionality and software programs, being responsible for IT onboarding training and security training.
  • Resolving logged errors on time.
  • Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance metrics.
  • Updating computer software as well as upgrading hardware and systems support.
  • Documenting processes and performing diagnostic tests.
  • Incidence management and root cause analysis.
  • Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in IT support.
πŸ’ͺ What do we expect from you?
  • At least some experience in a similar position;
  • Knowledge of PostgreSQL database;
  • Experience with managing Jira/Atlassian, Slack, Google Workspace, Okta, 1Password;
  • fluent in English - we are an international team, Czech is welcome!
