The Role 👩‍🚀

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with strategic partners, creating business plans, and driving sales activities to achieve revenue goals across the APAC region. You will be expected to support partners with onboarding and enablement, as well as sales and marketing efforts. This role will carry an individual sales target that is to be attained through close collaboration with partners as well as our colleagues from the Meiro Sales team in APAC. This is ultimately a role with a net sales target.

🗂️You will be responsible for:
  • Development and management of relationships with strategic partners to drive mutual success.
  • Facilitating participation and attending industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company.
  • Providing support and guidance to partners on product and solution offerings.
  • Creating and managing channel partner budgets and forecasts.
  • Identification, qualification and onboarding of new partners and providing product support and enablement where relevant.
  • Building well-targeted business plans and strategies for allocating resources to achieve sales objectives.
🔎 What we’re looking for:
  • 2-4 years of experience in software sales, partnership management or equivalent.
  • Experience in working within the MarTech/ AdTech Industry, Digital Agencies, Consultancies or System Integrators.
  • Basic business/technical knowledge of CDP, CRM and/or equivalent solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to partners and stakeholders.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
⭐️ Preference will be given to candidates with:
  • Active business relationships and network within the MarTech/ AdTech Industry, Digital Agencies, Consultancies or System Integrators
  • Experience with Enterprise Sales within APAC
  • Consultative selling experience.
  • Business proficiency with APAC native languages (i.e., Thai, Vietnamese, Bahasa, Hindi, Mandarin, etc.)
