Dashboards load faster, standardized reporting is easier to deploy, and results are more trustworthy thanks to cross-channel conversion deduplication. We also shipped a refreshed Email dashboard and two new dashboards: Journey Canvas and WhatsApp.

Dashboard refinement (analytics)

We standardized dashboards and refined reporting logic so you can clearly see what each channel contributed, without inflating conversions in reporting.

  • Cross-channel conversion deduplication: If a customer touches multiple channels (Email, WhatsApp, Push, Banners, and more), the conversion is counted once, then attributed according to the selected model, so results match reality.
  • Flexible attribution windows: Attribution windows align reporting with customer's natural decision-making cycle, ensuring channels that spark interest are valued alongside those that finalize the sale. Comparing hourly to weekly windows reveals whether an ad drives immediate impulse or "delayed intent," preventing you from cutting the long-term growth budgets that fuel your funnel.
  • Standardized dashboard structure: Dashboards follow a consistent setup that lets the client to have a consistent overview of the dashboards, while still allowing analyst fine-tuning where needed.

New and refined dashboards

  • Journey Canvas (new): A centralized view of journey performance across native channels, including engagement, revenue impact, and processing throughput.
  • Email dashboard (refined): The enhanced Meiro Email Dashboard serves as a comprehensive performance hub that connects granular delivery metrics directly to commercial outcomes, utilizing flexible attribution modeling (Linear, First-Touch, Last-Touch) to prove ROI. It empowers marketers with three specialized views: an Audience tab for monitoring subscriber growth and churn dynamics, a Campaigns tab that ranks individual messages by revenue and engagement to identify winning content, and an Email Usage section for tracking operational quotas. Featuring strategic tools like "Day of Week" optimization and visual conversion funnels, the dashboard moves beyond basic open rates to help teams refine strategies based on deep engagement data and revenue generation.
