The Middle East is one of our fastest-growing regions, and we need someone on the ground who can go deep with enterprise customers - from first technical conversation to live deployment and beyond.

THE MISSION: Win, Deploy, Expand

This is a hybrid pre-sales and post-sales role. You are the technical face of Meiro in MENA - the person customers trust to design the right solution, get them live, and help them grow.

  • Pre-Sales: win the deal (40%): You partner with sales and our partners to run technical discovery, scope solutions, and deliver demos that win. You don't show features - you architect solutions. You understand the customer's data stack, identify gaps, and show exactly how Meiro fits. For technical buyers, you go deep on data pipelines, event routing, schema governance, warehouse integration, and deployment models (private cloud, on-premise, managed). For marketing buyers, you demonstrate audiences, segmentation, and activation use cases. You handle RFPs, POCs, and technical objections with credibility.

  • Post-Sales: get them live (35%): You don't deploy alone - you orchestrate. You work alongside Meiro's professional services team and implementation partners to get customers from signed contract to live deployment. Your job is to manage the engagement towards success: align stakeholders, keep timelines on track, unblock issues, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks between customer, partner, and Meiro teams. You run kickoffs, lead status calls, and ensure the customer gets to value fast. You're the single point of accountability the customer trusts.

  • Expand: own customer success and growth (25%): You are the ongoing relationship owner. You run regular business reviews, track adoption and usage, and proactively surface risks before they become churn. When a customer is underusing the platform, you dig into why and fix it - through training, workflow redesign, or connecting them with the right internal team. You're also the person who spots what's next: new use cases, new data sources, additional products. You partner with sales to turn healthy customers into growing accounts. Your goal isn't just retention - it's making customers so successful they become your best reference.

🎯 The experience, mindset & skills you'll bring

  • You're technical and getting more so: You understand data pipelines, APIs, SDKs, webhooks, event-based architectures, warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery), and server-side tracking (CAPI). You can read code, navigate a terminal, and have an intelligent conversation with a data engineer about their stack. You don't need to be an engineer - but you need to be far more than a marketer who knows acronyms.
  • You also speak marketing: You understand CDP concepts - identity resolution, audience segmentation, personalization, RFM, CLV, ROAS - and can map marketing objectives to platform capabilities. The best candidates can go technical and commercial in the same meeting.
  • You've done this before: You have 3–5 years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Technical Customer Success - ideally in B2B SaaS, data infrastructure, CDP, or MarTech. You've scoped architectures, delivered POCs, and run enterprise onboarding.
  • You understand the region: You know how enterprise buying works in KSA and UAE - the decision-making dynamics, the compliance landscape (Saudi Central Bank, National Data Management Office, local data residency requirements), and the relationship-driven sales culture. This isn't a "we'd like Middle East experience" nice-to-have - it's essential.
  • You're AI-Native**: You use AI tools to accelerate your work - research, proposal drafting, demo prep, technical documentation. You move fast because you work smart.
  • You're a builder, not a process-follower: This is an early-stage regional role. You won't have a playbook - you'll write one. You're comfortable with ambiguity, you prioritise ruthlessly, and you ship.
  • Arabic & English: Both fluent, both written and spoken, both non-negotiable.
