Let us help you to understand your customers

More and more updates are coming from Meiro. As we listen to clients, we learn more about what problems they come across and how we can solve them. Our focus was this time on creating better insights into your data, as well as enabling integration with SSO platforms (such as Okta). Let’s keep it short and sweet.

Segmentation is not enough? No worries we have something for you!

We noticed that our clients need a much deeper overview of their segments or even the whole customer database. Segmentation is a first step on the way to learn about your audience and be able to make an action. But is it enough to just learn who your customers are? No, you need a deeper understanding of them. Insights tab is a reporting dashboard that shows you exactly the data you need either for the whole customers’ database or for each segment. Just click on the insight tab and dive deeper. Fully customizable, easy to set, simple to understand even for non-technical users.

Want to manage your team access easily? Okta integration is here and more integrations are coming.

We integrated Okta with Meiro to help our clients keep security on a high level. Okta is a secure identity management platform with Single Sign-On, Multi-factor Authentication and allows companies to maintain their accesses in a centralized way. Do you need to integrate another identity management platform? No problem, just let us know.
