We are presenting at the GITEX Global conference 2021 in Dubai

Yes, we are presenting, and we are not alone. I will be joining this AI pot in Dubai to talk about not only data but also the working environment of the data world with our hugely successful non-profit project She Loves Data.

Diversity in tech is something we, as Meiro, were always passionate about. And GITEX & AI-Everything, a global conference is giving me an opportunity to talk about She Loves Data and what they’ve achieved. SLD is a powerful community of girls (and boys) all over the world. From a small event, they grew into this international giant platform that supports women and provides education for them for free.

Through providing training sessions, workshops, mentorship programs, and networking opportunities, She Loves Data aim to inspire women to actively lead and contribute to an increasingly data-driven world. SLD has grown rapidly, training more than 14,000 members from all walks of life and backgrounds, including non-tech individuals and mid-career changers by creating a judgment-free environment and by building an inclusive, diverse support network for women around the world.

As individuals but also as Meiro, we missed women in the tech industry, so the plan was simple – make data, AI, machine learning, coding, and digital marketing more attractive and accessible to everyone; spread the word about how exciting this field is and what can you do with the right skill-set. We will drive conversation about gender imbalance within the data and technology sector until it’s not needed anymore.

And I am thrilled to be part of this conference with all the top tech companies and institutions from all around the world to share our knowledge with the crowd.
