A bidirectional integration supports both data ingestion (Amplitude → Meiro CDP) and data activation (Meiro CDP → Amplitude), enabling more intelligent segmentation, engagement, and analysis.
1. Inbound Integration (Amplitude → CDP)
Amplitude provides rich behavioral data—such as user events ("Viewed Product", "Completed Signup"), user properties (device, location, plan type), and optionally, computed cohorts. Meiro can ingest this data via Amplitude's Export API, real-time HTTP APIs/webhooks, or from cloud buckets like Amazon S3. This allows Meiro to enrich identities, build segments based on in-app behavior, predict churn, and trigger product-led marketing journeys.
2. Outbound Integration (CDP → Amplitude)
Meiro can send enriched user traits (e.g., LTV, demographics), campaign metadata (e.g., ad clicks, email opens), or entire audience segments back to Amplitude using its Identify API, custom Events API, or Cohorts Import API. This empowers product teams with 360° analytics, enables deeper funnel attribution, and helps assess feature impact across different customer personas.
Example Workflow: Churn Risk Campaign
Ingest: Amplitude detects a 14+ day inactivity signal. Process: Meiro combines with CRM data (e.g., subscription expiring). Segment: User flagged as a churn risk. Activate: Trigger email re-engagement and log the event back to Amplitude for A/B testing.
