🧑‍💻How your role will look like?

• Crafting Engaging Strategies: Develop targeted email communication strategies that captivate and convert. Your creativity will be driving force behind our success.
• Pipeline powerhouse: plan, build, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns that propel prospects seamlessly through our sales pipeline.
• Data-driven dynamo: Implement data-driven segmentation for personalized communication that speaks directly to out B2B audience. Your analytical skills will be the compass guiding our marketing efforts.
• Testing trailblazer: Conduct A/B testing on various elements of email campaigns to optimize performance. Your insights will be the key to unlocking unprecedented success.
• Content Maestro: Create compelling email marketing content that aligns with our tech solution's value proposition.
• Collaboration Champion: Work closely with our sales and customer success team to ensure seamless integration of data across marketing tools and channels.

📍What do we expect from you?

• Passion for marketing: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Proven track record: 3-5 years of experience in B2B tech marketing with a focus on CRM and email marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
• Tech Savyy: experience with marketing automation, email marketing platforms, webinar platforms, and communication tools.
• Communication Maestro: excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Language Skills: proficiency in the English language, Czech language is advantage but not required.

Reporting to Eli (Marketing Lead) and Pavel (Head of Marketing & Product) and cooperating with Kamilla, you will be part of a dynamic team that values creativity, innovation and collaboration.
